Shane Dela Torre is an inspiring catalyst for positive change, recognized for her ability to ignite momentum and drive transformation in both corporate and community settings. With over a decade of leadership experience, she has excelled in operational, financial, and administrative roles including as a Director of Finance Operations at SAVii, where she led high-performing teams, championed process innovations, and delivered impactful business results. Her expertise spans project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, underpinned by a strong business acumen and a passion for promoting Filipino cultural heritage. In Canada, Shane continues to empower others through her roles as CPHR BC & Yukon Student Ambassador and KPU Senator for 2025–2026, as well as through her work as a Professional Development Delivery Coordinator at CPABC and at Westland Insurance. Her commitment to community is evident in her extensive volunteer leadership: as an Orientation Leader and Global Partnership team volunteer, she helps international and local students acclimatize and thrive. As president of the KPU Pinoy Club, she provides Filipino students with a supportive “second family” and fosters cultural pride. A dedicated mentor and coach, Shane inspires by example, encouraging growth, self-belief, and lifelong learning as a philomath. She is passionate about building inclusive communities, supporting activities that connect Filipinos, and structuring effective processes for sustainable improvement. As a co-Director of Program for Pinoy Festival 2025, Shane will be a driving force behind the success of this major celebration, bringing together communities, sparking cultural pride, and creating unforgettable experiences that connect and uplift Filipinos. Outside her professional life, Sheena finds joy in traveling and long drives with her family, always seeking new paths to learn and make a meaningful impact.
