Malou Capacio

Malou is a certified Zumba instructor, passionate in teaching cultural dance- Folk/ethnic dance of the Philippines. She loves teaching dance and coordinating events. Actively engaged in the community social and recreational services to seniors in Burnaby. She is originally from Malaybalay City, Bukidnon and she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education, Health and Music in Bukidnon State University. She is also a graduate of the Personal Support Worker and Mental Health at Discovery Community College, Canada.

Malou is passionate in supporting community programs and services through volunteering and get involved in diverse population in the community. She thrive to engage, connect, and empower others to get involve in the community.
