Herminigildo Dualan Jr

Born and raised in Naic, Cavite, I pursued my passion for architecture by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Technological Institute of the Philippines. My career journey led me to Bahrain, where I had the privilege of working for nearly eight years before immigrating to Canada in 1997.

With over 22 years of experience in an engineering consulting firm based in Vancouver, I have developed a strong foundation in architectural and structural drafting and design, serving as a project CAD drawing quality controller.

From 2003 to 2022, I was a proud member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) as an Architectural Technologist and the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC (ASTTBC) as a Building Technician.

In 2020, I successfully earned my diploma in the Home Inspection Course and became a certified home inspector, licensed by Consumer Protection BC.

Since 2015, we have proudly owned a franchise business, Instant Imprints New West, where we have had the privilege of assisting numerous businesses with their marketing materials.

Beyond my professional career, I am deeply committed to community service and actively engage in volunteer work to support and uplift those around me. I am honored to be part of various organizations that promote cultural heritage, professional growth, and faith-based initiatives, including:

• United Architects of the Philippines British Columbia Chapter (UAPBC)

• Jesus Rock of Ages Ministries (JRAM BC)
