Frances was part of the Pinoy Festival 2023 Organizing Committee as a a member of the Burnaby Filipino Cultural Society. He has a keen eye for for detail and logistics which helped to ensure a successful event last year. Francis is a tireless in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that everyone's needs are taken care of in an organized and systematic manner.
