Cesar is from Lucena City, Quezon Province, and wanted adventure, travel, and new experiences. Wanting to meet people of all races and challenges, he has accumulated over four decades experience in the hospitality industry travelling the world. After working as a Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager at prestigious hotels such as the Pan Pacific Hotel, Hotel Georgia and several Delta Hotels throughout the city, he continues to learn something new every day working for Gateway Casinos and Entertainment.
